Those are gorgeous pictures – South Africa is one of those places high on my list of where I would like to go (and not just because it’s one of the two continents I have yet to visit!).
I may travel there on business next month. If so, that would leave me one continent and one U.S. State left to visit.
I’ve got the states done – still two Canadian territories and one province, though!
WTG. I still have Hawaii to go. It seems strange that I have been to Kansas & Nebraska but not Hawaii, but those two were pass-thrus. Hawaii will have to be a destination soon.
Hawaii was my last state – you should look at it as saving one of the best for last! I did Alaska second to last. All those middle states were easy for someone who lives close to them!
My last two were Michigan & Hawaii. Michigan was last year, and now I still have plan Hawaii. One of these days…
I’m guessing Michigan was one of my first – I don’t remember a time when I hadn’t been there!
My friends and I went to a Detroit Redwings game a couple of years back,
and that was our reason to go there. I wrote a short post about it.

In law school, we were only a few miles from Michigan – if I hadn’t been before that, I would have gone then (probably because liquor stores in Indiana are closed on Sunday, and sometimes that just doesn’t work for law school students).
Priorities again. 😉

We are back on-line. Too much travel, too little time…
